Caitlin Salas

Caitlin Salas is an associate attorney with Garin Law Group. Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. After joining the Nevada Bar in 2013, Caitlin assisted low-income and indigent clients through the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada’s Children’s Attorney Project and pro bono bankruptcy assistance program.

Prior to joining the firm, Caitlin worked in a variety of areas, including probate and estate planning, Chapter 7 bankruptcy, criminal defense, general civil litigation, representing both defendants and plaintiffs, real estate litigation, family law, and transactional practice. Notably, she successfully defended a client in federal court on a civil motion to dismiss/for summary judgment in December 2021.
