David Ochoa

David Ochoa is a partner at Garin Law Group in Las Vegas, NV. Mr. Ochoa practices in the areas of insurance defense, director and officer liability, homeowners’ association law, real estate law, and employment law.

He is admitted to practice in the State of Nevada, and the United States District Court for the District of Nevada.  Mr. Ochoa has assisted Homeowners’ Associations throughout Nevada, and has successfully litigated cases through appeal in the Nevada Supreme Court, and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Ochoa was previously a law clerk to Honorable Cynthia Dianne Steel, Eighth Judicial District Court, working in both Family Law and Adult Guardianship.

He has externed with the Honorable William O. Voy of the Eighth Judicial District Court and received an Eighth Judicial District Court Service Award for research and drafting of a Juvenile Probation Review Report submitted to the Annie E. Casey Foundation.

He was also a trial law clerk at a preeminent Las Vegas personal injury firm.
